ROP California Foster Families was established in 2003 and has proudly served children, youth, and families throughout California for the past 23 years. As a trusted foster family agency, we are committed to recruiting, training, and supporting compassionate resource families through California’s Resource Family Approval process. We approve Resource Family Homes both on the San Pasqual Academy campus and within communities across Southern California, ensuring children have access to safe, stable, and nurturing environments.
